| Foreign Languages
Although CSM does not offer a full range of foreign language study, The Division of Liberal Arts and International Studies does have a modest array of foreign language courses, primarily at the beginning levels, that are delivered exclusively by adjunct faculty.
Spanish and Japanese are offered every academic year; German and Portuguese are available every-other-year. On occasion, additional languages such as Chinese and Arabic may be offered.
CSM's foreign language policy follows State of Colorado and national practice in terms of credit that a student may or may not earn for the study of a given foreign language. Please refer to that policy before registering for foreign languages classes that you have previously either studied for credit (including at the high school level) or otherwise acquired.
